Cynthia A. (Peters) Hupp

Cynthia A. Hupp, 75, of Chillicothe unexpectedly passed from this life on Monday afternoon, April 4, 2016 at her residence.  She was born September 16, 1940 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Lawrence and Berniece Irene (Jorgensen) Peters. On October 11, 1959 she married Max B. Hupp who survives.

Also surviving is her daughter, Delores Hupp, Circleville; her sons, Daniel (Ann) Hupp and Donald (Shelley) Hupp, all of Chillicothe; her granddaughter, Ashleigh Hupp; her sisters, Shirley (Edwin) Hupp, Chillicothe and Kris (Brad Johnson) Peters, Seymour, WI; her sister-in-law, Ruthann (Lloyd) Swackhammer, Laurelville and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws, Ronald (Garnet) Hupp, her sister-in-law, June (Boyd) Swackhammer and brother-in-law, Lester (Betty) Hupp.

She and her husband operated Hupp Electric for 39 years with Cynthia serving as Office Manager.  She enjoyed knitting, needlework and crafts and will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 9, 2016 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Bruce Hines officiating.  Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday.
