Crystal L (Myers) Rider

Crystal Lynn Rider, 67, of Piketon, Ohio passed on May 3, 2025 at home.  Crystal was born on May 10, 1957 in Chillicothe, OH to the late Byron and Almeda (Boydston) Myers.

She is survived by her husband Roger T. Rider, two sons, Scott (Amy) Rider, Roger K. (Jamie) Rider, daughter, Delisa Myers (Phillip Tyler), 3 brothers, Mitch Myers, Terrance Boydston, and Alex Myers, 5 grandchildren, Rajanay, Charlesa, Charles, Jada, and Brayson, sister and best friend, Irene Jackson, sisters-in-law, Shelby (Lloyd) Jackson, Delores (George) Patterson, Yvette (Thomas) Wilson, Mary Lett, Nancy Rider, and Peggy Lett, brothers-in-law, Jerry (Christi) Rider, and Kenny (Cathy) Rider and a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Joy Ellen (Myers) Bethel, and a brother Byron (Pee Wee) Myers

Crystal was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  Crystal loved to watch soap operas, bird watching, cooking, and animal videos.  Her grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life.  Crystal was loved by many and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday May 9, 2025 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Elder Charles Cooper, officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Friday.
