Cora M. Doyle, 92 , of Chillicothe, passed from this life, 6:06 am, Thursday, May 15, 2014 in Traditions of Chillicothe, following a brief illness.
She was born September 1, 1921 in Ross County, the daughter of Harry and Gladys Bost Stubbs. On December 17, 1938, she married Franklin Doyle who preceded her in death March 21, 2004.
Surviving are a daughter Barbara Wardell, Chillicothe; two sons Franklin (Judy) Doyle, Middleburg, FL and Gregory (Paula) Doyle, Chillicothe, 9 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; one sister Donna Richter, Chillicothe; three brothers William Stubbs, Adams County, Joseph (Joanne) Stubbs, Enid, OK, and Frankie Stubbs, Waverly. Her husband, parents, 7 sisters and brothers, and 2 grandchildren preceded her in death.
Services will be held in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME, 1:00PM Tuesday, May 20, 2014 with Rev. William Stubbs officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from Noon until the hour of service on Tuesday
