Connie Grace (Adams) Martin Riddle

Connie Grace Martin Riddle, 75, of Londonderry, passed from this life Monday, May 21, 2018, in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.  She was born Apr. 18, 1943 in Chillicothe, to the late Thomas Edward and Louise (Fowler) Adams.  She married Arthur Lee Martin, who preceded her in death on Dec. 2, 1990.  On Dec. 16, 2006, she married Ronald L. Riddle who survives.

Also surviving are daughters; Tina (Marlin) Newlan, and Tammy (Mike) Sheppeard, both of Chillicothe, and Teresa (Tim) Bennett, Londonderry, sons; Thomas N. (Roberta) Martin and Tim (Samantha) Martin, both of Chillicothe, grandchildren; Tonya, Amanda, Ann Marie, Tim Jr., Katie, Nichole, Kristi, Brandy, Savannah, Melita, Cassie, C.J., Andrew, and Courtney, 23 great-grandchildren, sisters; Peggy Mattox, Jane Adams, and Kathy Cottrill, all of Chillicothe, brothers; Glenn Adams and John Adams, both of Chillicothe; special friend and mother-in-law Marilyn Riddle of Londonderry and special friend Shirley Gallagher of Chillicothe.  She is preceded in death by siblings; Linda Martin, Judith Adams, Barbara Jean Adams, Creed Edward Adams, and Thomas Adams, Jr.

Connie was a member of the Vigo Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 26, 2018, in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS and PALMER Funeral Home, with Rev. Chuck Ramsey officiating.  Burial will be held at the discretion of the family.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Saturday.  The family asks those attending to not wear black, as this is a celebration of Connie’s life.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help assist with medical bills.
