Cindy Marie (Holten) Justice

Cindy Marie Justice, 38 of Chillicothe passed from this life on Tuesday evening, March 27, 2018 in Heartland of Chillicothe following an extended illness.  She was born February 19, 1980 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Melinda Holten.  On June 16, 2009 she married Richard W. Justice, Sr. who survives.

Also surviving are her children, Alyssa Shreck, Frankfort, Emilie Shreck, Chillicothe, Bryce Shreck, Chillicothe and Richard W. Justice, Jr., Frankfort; her sisters, Violet Tanner, Tracy Arnold and Kathy Arnold; her brother, Raymond Arnold and a host of other family members and friends.  She was preceded in death by her mother and her step-father, Raymond Arnold.

Cindy was a LPN and practiced in the area for several years.

Following cremation, burial will be at the discretion of the family.  Calling hours will not be observed.  The Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home are honored to serve the family.
