Chuck A. Dalton

Chuck A. Dalton, 66, of Pinellas Park, FL, formerly of Chillicothe, unexpectedly passed from this life on Saturday, June 18, 2011 in Northside Hospital, St. Petersburg, FL. He was born Dec. 7, 1944 in Chillicothe, the son of Phyllis (Tracey) Dalton. He was married June 11, 1993 to Sue L. Benson who survives. Also surviving is his mother-in-law, Susie Benson, Chillicothe; a step-son, Frankie Sealey, Ashland, KY; four grandchildren; an uncle, several nieces, nephews and cousins and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his mother, grandmother, father-in-law and brother-in-law. Chuck was a supervisor for the Chillicothe Telephone Company, retiring in 1995. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam era and was a member of the American Legion. Following his retirement and move to Florida, he served as Vice-President of the Mainlands Home Association Board. A Memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, July 13, 2011 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until the hour of service on Wednesday.
