Charles E. Clark

Charles E. Clark, 56, of Chillicothe, passed from this life early Wednesday morning, Dec. 24, 2008 at his residence following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday. He was born Dec. 21, 1952 in Chillicothe, the son of Joseph G. and Helen A. (Gleadle) Clark. On Feb. 22, 1980 he married Karen A. Currier who survives. Also surviving is a son, Joseph E. Clark, Chillicothe and his companion, Melissa E. Snyder, a sister, Shelia Harris, Chillicothe and her companion, Keith Baxter, a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Irene Honline, Chillicothe, a host of nieces and nephews and best friends, Gary and Keith Payne. His parents preceded him in death. Mr. Clark was a construction worker, retiring in 2002. He was a member of Construction Workers Local 83 and had worked in the building of many projects in the local area.
