Billie D. Murch, 79, of Chillicothe passed from this life early Thursday morning, April 23, 2015 in Westmoreland Place. She was born August 14, 1935 in Whitesburg, Kentucky, the daughter of Henry and Letha (Hall) Polly. On November 17, 1961 she married Charles W. Murch who preceded her in death October 10, 1968.
Surviving is her daughter, Sheena (John) Carroll, Chillicothe; her son, Farrell (Nancy) Breithaupt, Charlotte, NC; her son-in-law, Ron Salley, Frankfort; grandchildren, Heather (Jarrod) Gumm, Krishna (Bo) Popp, Tiffany (Pat) Whittington, Dane (Megan) Carroll, Matthew (Lacie) Murch, Adam Murch, Billie Jo Queen and Morris Salley; her great-grandchildren, Gregory, Tanner, Kynsington, Grace, Parker, Cade, Carter, Cami, Drake, Tatum and Liam; her sister, Emma (George) Gardiner, Chillicothe; her brothers, Edsel Everidge, Chillicothe and Charles (Ella) Everidge, TX; many nieces and nephews and her precious friends, Bruce, Becky and family. Her parents, her son, Joseph Murch, her daughter, Leatha Salley and her sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Johnny Halcomb preceded her in death.
Mrs. Murch was a dedicated and loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed talking on the phone and shopping at the thrift store.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Jeffery Throckmorton officiating. Burial will follow in Little Mound Cemetery, Richmond Dale. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 pm until the hour of service on Sunday.
