Betty L. (Zeisler) Walburn

Betty L. Walburn, 74, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord on Saturday August 16, 2025 in Chillicothe Post Acute.  She was born on June 13, 1951 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Ralph and Tina (Kidd) Zeisler.  On April 28, 1971 she married the love of her life, Styrk Walburn, who preceded her in death on August 31, 2021.

Surviving are her daughters, Elizabeth Waller (Ron Nichols), Chillicothe; and Emily (Kevin) McCloy, Frankfort; a son, James Walburn, Chillicothe; her dog Lenore “favorite child”, grandchildren, Molli Waller (Jeremiah Griesheimer), Hunter (Haley) Cochenour, Caedynce Walburn, Madeline Waller, Colton McCloy, Payton Hatfield, and Sylas Walburn, a son-in-law, Ron Doughty, a sister, Sheena Senff, Chillicothe; and a brother, Randy (Kathy) Zeisler, Athens.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Allison Doughy, a sister and brother-in-law, Nancy (Don) Head, and an infant sister, Deborah Zeisler.

Betty was a 1969 graduate of Chillicothe High School and a member of Faith Chapel.  She was a devout Christian that was steadfast throughout all aspects of her life.  She took great pride in caring for her husband for many years as his health declined.  She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The family wishes to express a sincere thank you to the staff of Chillicothe Post Acute, for their care and support of Betty for the last year.
