Beeman Russell Campbell, 32, of Chillicothe, unexpectedly passed from this life on Tuesday, July 27, 2010. He was born Sept. 13, 1977 in Ross County, the son of the late Beeman Russell Spencer and Anita Campbell. On Feb. 14, 2002 he married Heidi Cutlip who preceded him in death on Oct. 29, 2004. She and his son, Payton were the love of his life and his everything. Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Anita and Charlie Bower, his sons, Payton and Tylan, sister, Tesa Kuntz, brother, Chad Kuntz, stepbrothers, Colton and Chance Bower, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Teresa and Jeff Cutlip, sisters-in-law, Katie and Lori along with many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, special cousins, John and Jeanette Bumgardner, his best friend, Ben Hatmacher and many others. He was preceded in death by his wife, father, grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Mitchell, grandfather, Bud Spencer, uncle, Dennis Campbell and brother-in-law, Dusty Cutlip. Russell was a union insulator with Local 50, Columbus and was a tattoo artist at Grimy, Inc. He was very passionate about his art. He loved his family and friends and adored his son, Payton and was loved by all. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, July 31, 2010 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made on behalf of Payton Campbell, in care of Anita Bower and would be appreciated by the family.
