Barbara Jean Hines

Barbara "Babs" Hines, 69, of Columbus, died 12:30 am, Tuesday, August 26, 2008 in Select Specialty Hospital, Columbus following a brief illness. She was born April 26, 1938, in Toledo the daughter of the late Marcus Charles Harris and the late Gladys Burden. Surviving are one daughter Teresa Hines, one son Vince Hines, both of Columbus; two sisters Janice Fernandez and Shirley Bethel, and one brother Charles Harris, all of Chillicothe. One son, Victor Hines preceded her in death. Mrs. Hines was a retired home healthcare nurse. Calling Hours will not be observed. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Fawcett Oliver Glass & Palmer Funeral Home is serving the family.
