Barbara Hamm, 74 of Chillicothe, passed from this life 9:20 am, Thursday, January 04, 2007 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born September 23, 1932, in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late Russ Gilbert and the late Dorothy Marie Miller Dearth. On April 8, 1958 she married William David Hamm who survives. Also surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Ed Hathaway; three sons John, Scott and Eric; eight grandchildren, Nathan, Jonathan, Lindsay, Ann, Laura, and Jessica Hamm, Marisa and David Hathaway; two great grandchildren Gavin and Bradon Hamm; and numerous family and friends. Mrs. Hamm graduated from Centralia High School in 1950, and retired as Head Cashier from Alber's Supermarket. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am, Monday, January 8, 2007 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass & Palmer Funeral Home with Pastor Carol Carper officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 6 PM Sunday.
