Arnold J. Kohn

Arnold Jonathan Kohn, 60, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Tuesday evening, Sept. 18, 2007 at his residence. He was born Jan. 21, 1947 in Ross County, the son of Homer and Angeline (Richardson) Kohn. On Nov. 27, 1965 he married Janice M. Smallwood who survives. Also surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Sheryl M. and Mike Cartee and a son and daughter-in-law, Stoney J. and Julie Kohn, all of Chillicothe, grandchildren, Brandy, Aaron, Joshua, Luther, Thomas and Stephanie and great-grandchildren, Brady and Rilee. His parents, a daughter, Sandra Jean Kohn, sisters, Margaret and Mary and brothers, Lloyd, Carl and Gary preceded him in death. Mr. Kohn was an employee of Mead-Chilpaco, retiring in 2002. He was a member of Eagles Aerie 600, the National Rifle Association and was a private pilot for 30 years. He enjoyed motorcycles and airplanes. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday.
