Anna L. Chenoweth

Anna L. Chenoweth, 81, of Piketon, formerly of Chillicothe, passed from this life early Monday morning, Oct. 6, 2008 in the Ohio State University Hospitals, Columbus following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008 in the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Thursday. Mrs. Chenoweth was born Apr. 10, 1927 in Ross County, the daughter of Thomas and Minnie Wright. In 1945 she married William E. "Chenny" Chenoweth who preceded her in death in 2000. She was a retired cook at the Senate Grill and was a devoted homemaker. Surviving is a daughter, Linda L. Chenoweth, Sidney, OH, sons and daughters-in-law, Steven C. and Judith Chenoweth, Piketon and Michael E. and Malee Chenoweth, Reynoldsburg, OH, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and a granddaughter-in-law, Dee Elliott. Her parents and 8 sisters and brothers preceded her in death.
