Alan C. Knight, 61, of Chillicothe, suddenly passed from this life, 10:56 am, Monday, April 27, 2015 in the Adena Regional Medical Center.
He was born August 25, 1953 in Gary, IN, the son of Henry S. and Wilma Bentley Knight.
Surviving are his mother, two daughters Jennifer Lynn Knight (Brandon Griggs), Dillon, SC, and Cassandra Lynn Clem, IN; granddaughter, Haylee Griggs, two sisters Lynn (Terry) Russell, Chillicothe, and Teresa (James) Laux, Circleville; three brothers, Luther (Cheryl) Knight, Valparaiso, IN, Greg (Susan) Knight and Rex (Bev) Knight, both of Chillicothe, and many nieces and nephews. His father, one sister Iris Elaine Knight, and one brother Henry S. Knight, Jr. preceded him in death.
Mr. Knight was a veteran of the US Marines, serving from 1972 to 1975.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM, Thursday, April 30th, at the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS & PALMER Funeral Home. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
