Lena A. (Plummer) Ross

Lena A. Ross, 75 of Chillicothe passed from this life on Friday, October 12, 2018 in Adena Regional Medical Center.  She was born June 7, 1943 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Orville C. and Helen (Tomlinson) Plummer.  On April 26, 1969 she married Donald L. Ross who preceded her in death in 2002.

Surviving are her daughter, Dawn Wicker, Chillicothe; sons, Donnie (Jeanie) Ross, Chillicothe and Scott (Connie) Ross, Springfield; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a sister, Connie (Bill) Cordle, Chillicothe and a special friend, Vicki Whitt, Tarlton.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Dana Ross.

Mrs. Ross was a retired home health aide with the Family Nursing Services and was a former member of the Red Hat Society.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Dan Bennett officiating.  Burial will follow in Little Mound Cemetery, Richmond Dale.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Tuesday.
