Candace Diana Sue “Candi” Clark, 57, of Chillicothe passed from this life Thursday morning, April 20, 2017 in Adena Regional Medical Center.  She was born January 10, 1960 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Alva M. and Dorothy L. (Michaels) Clark who preceded her in death.  She has joined them in Heaven.

Candi will be missed by those who loved and cared for her, her brother and family, Jeff, Sue, Kristina and Michael; her special friends, Shelley, Wanda and Edna Mae; Butch, Linda and many others at Tiffin Towers; her Altimate Care caregivers, her feline companion, Hailey and many other friends and relatives.

Candi was a 1979 graduate of Vinton County High School.  She had attended Walnut Street Church and had been employed as a nursing assistant at Marietta Place, the Super Value Supermarket in McArthur and the Hampton Inn.  She was a loving and caring person and will be missed by those who loved and cared for her.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, April 24, 2017 in the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Scott Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Monday.  Memorial contributions may be made to P-U-R-Rfect Companions Adoption Center, 80 N. Mulberry St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
