Timotha Jo. (Timmie) Arledge, 68, of Richmond Dale, died peacefully early morning, Tuesday February 7, 2017 at her residence.

She was born in Chillicothe, February 26, 1948, the daughter of the late John L. Hardy and the late Patricia McFadgen Mellor.  She was married to the late Jay Arledge, who preceded her in death December 24, 1981.

Surviving are her beloved children, Paul (Julie) Arledge, Chillicothe; Michael (Misty) Arledge, Fayetteville, WV; Amy (Jamie) Newland, Frankfort, and Lynn (Michael) Strawser, Richmond Dale and her beloved grandchildren, Samuel Mitchell, Madison Arledge, Jac Honline, McKenzie Arledge, Jay Newland, Benjamin Honline, Katie Jo Honline, and Anna Jo Newland; one sister Debra (Robert) McDonald, and a cousin Beth (David) Mitchell. Her parents, husband, and one brother Michael Music preceded her in death

Timmie loved spending time with her precious children and grandchildren, along with Emma & Brody Cantley. They were the light of her life. She lived a devoted life to her children, grandchildren family and friends. She loved to read, especially her daily devotions, and found joy in writing.  She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She leaves behind a legacy of caring people.

A Celebration of Life will be held 6:00 PM, Friday, February 10, 2017, in the First Wesleyan Church where she was a Life-long member,  with Pastor Fred Fox officiating. Calling hours will not be observed. Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Wesleyan Church, 89 S. Mulberry St, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
