Louise E. Masters, 94, of Chillicothe passed from this life on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness.  She was born April 23, 1921 in Ronceverte, WV, the daughter of Elliott N. and Della V. Morgan.  On February 17, 1945 she married Ralph Masters, Sr. who preceded her in death May 29, 1992.

Surviving are daughters, Nancy (Larry) Chaffin, Linda (Gene) Seymour, Cindy Doyle and Wendy (Terry) Stevens, all of Chillicothe; sons, Ralph Masters, Jr., Londonderry, John (Sue) Masters, Elliott (Patsy) Masters, all of Chillicothe and Jeffery (Debbie) Masters, Pekin, IL; 25 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Alcinda Flint, Ronceverte, WV and a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandchild, a great-grandchild, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

Mrs. Masters was a homemaker and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She was a long-time member of Jefferson Avenue Church of Christ in Christian Union. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, January 11, 2016 in the Jefferson Avenue Church of Christ in Christian Union with Rev. Mark Clendaniel officiating.  Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the FAWCETT OLIVER GLASS AND PALMER FUNERAL HOME from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Sunday and at the church from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Monday.
