Glenna M. (Westlake) Todd

Glenna M. Todd, 92 of Chillicothe, passed from this life on Sunday morning, February 4, 2018 in Heartland of Chillicothe after an extended illness.  She was born April 16, 1925 in Jackson County to the late Coxey and Cora (Johnson) Westlake.  On June 10, 1963 she married John W. Todd who preceded her in death October 22, 1981.

Surviving is her son, John R. Rupert, Thurman, OH; her daughters, Wilma M. Liebe and Zelma K. (Dan) Leach, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Christina A. Horsley, Nancy J. Beverly, Shannon L. Earney, Tracy Schoenholtz, James W. Leach, Anne C. Leach, Heather M. Rupert and Daniel R. Rupert; 16 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a brother, John W. Westlake and a sister, Loreta K. Rupert.

Glenna was an LPN and retired from nursing in 1990.  She will be remembered for her passion for helping others.  Her family would like to thank the nurses and nursing aides at Heartland of Chillicothe for their compassionate care during Glenna’s illness.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Kingdom Hearts Church, 375 S. Watt Street, Chillicothe with Pastors Kyle Coriell and Linda Massie officiating.  Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Thursday.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Ross County Humane Society.
